Hi ive just brought Cross DJ software online and downloaded it, entered the serial code and then tried to map my hercules rmx 2 to it and it just keep crashing and going blank and then other times when ive reopened it the controller still doesnt work?? Any help would be great?

Can you please tell if Cross works without controller.

ive just tried loading a track using my keyboard and it froze and the screens gone black again. The screen went black last night also when i was trying to work out the cotroller in the performance page.

Ive uninstalled Cross DJ and started the program again and same problem??

your profile says ver 3.2 ,, not saying that this is the issue but a newer version is avaible in the download section,, try installing this ,, start with getting the software to run on computer only , no controller or other sc but computers on board s c ,, trying to pinpoint the cause ,, by starting at basic set up and working foward to see where the problem occures ,

right ive gone into the download section and downloaded the 3.3 version, after it downloaded it popped not as a normal download open then put a DMG file into my download folder and nothing else happened and my Cross DJ still says 3.2.0?? Ive tried dragging the DMG file into my Cross DJ folder and still 3.2.0 and still freezes??

managed to find the download so ill give that a go first...
