LOST SERIAL NUMBER

I have the follow problem.i bought Cross DJ some years ago but now i can't find my serial number and i can't make the update.its very important cause the program close during my DJ set.what can i do in this case?

Might it be possible that you registered by an other name. In that case there is a chance that you filled your license key in your user profile.

If not it will be hard unless you have some prove of purchase. If so you can send a pm message to unclevibes.

finally i found my serial number, i made the update but i want my lists as they used to be..
what can i do?

more info to what list you are referring too,, soo info as to what version you are running and what is wrong with your list ,, surmising that you are meaning you collection :?: your playlist :?:

Actually in new update 3.3.5 there are not my old playlists as they used to be by categories.I mean i have to make new playlists cause there is nothing from the past version.
I remember when i made the last update i didn't have this problem.
Everything was the same,same playlists as they used to be

Nothing changed on this by design.

Would be interesting to see if you install the version you tested and try a copy of your old collection and then use newest version.

Older versions are in downloads section.

Could it be that you have multiple collections and you're now using an older version (or a completely new).

No one reported such an issue in the last year (nor before). For this it would be quite surprising if this all of a sudden happened. Which doesn't mean it can't happen...
