Cross 3.3.3 Not showing Key

Ever since Cross 3.2.1 & now 3.3.3 version came out, i have noticed a lot of my mp4 tracks have no KEY to it, even after analysing it over & over again. Also these track waveform are BLACK & WHITE on the decks & BLANK on the mix waveform section on top ( No Waveform ) . Why is this happening.
