Syncing

I have been experiencing some issues with the sync button recently. When I press it, the beats don't seem to line up correctly. I usually just correct this manually but I just want to know the reasoning for this and if anyone else has experienced this problem.

Do you have snap and quant enabled...

Hi, thanks for replying. No it doesn't seem to matter whether I have snap and quantize enabled or not.

Some more questions..
what Cross version are you using.
PC.Mac info + version
Do you use the beatmatcher section.
Is the beat grid right?
Would it be an option to capture your screen for a wrong combination.
