I have downloaded the Visual Vibes video files and they all appear to be .mp4 video files.

When I go to drag the file up to the video loading window all I get is a stop sign with a minus symbol inside. I try and drag the file into the audio deck A side I get an unknown file format error.

The video files play fine within Windows Media Center. I'm I missing something here? Any input would help, thanks

just curious as to what software you are running ,, Vfx,, Cross DJ ,,Cross DJ with video plug in ,, not familiar with the plug in and Cross DJ ,, kinda know that unless the plug in is purched there is a water mark across the vid screen ,, not shure if thats what you described ,, but if it is then thats the issue ,might want to consider up grading to Cross for full video capibilities ,, more info needed to clear up the issues

I am using Cross DJ 3.2.0 not the full pro version. I purchased the video plug in previously but my laptop was not up to minimum specs to run video so I didn't even end up using the plug in. I just got a new laptop and just trying to load .mp4 files into the video deck loader figuring I can finally use video. I keep getting an unknown file format when I go to load

Make sure you load to the full deck or the video part of the deck.
If you have separate av loading enabled you shouldn't load to audio part.
Other thing is to consider upgrading to 3.3.1. Performance improvement is one of the new items.

I am trying to drag the file up to the video portion which is the red square at the top left above the audio load deck A.but I just get that stop sign with a minus symbol and it will not load. I Have video activated in my preferences also. I will try and upgrading to the newest version of Cross did and see if that helps maybe I have to the add the .mp4 file to my collection and analyze it before I can use it

Adding to collection first might help. You can drag file on node called Collection at the left. Analyse before is recommended but not related to this.

Try different files.
Try if file can be used in other video program.

I just loaded 3.3.1 and I have a Mix Vibe watermark on the out put video.

How do I get rid of this? I have now bought 2 versions of Cross DJ. On on the Apple App store and another one came with the purchase of the U controller.

What should I do next?

Pretty sure you can go to the appstore with the same account and in the 'purchase' process it will tell you you already have it and can install without payment again.
