problems with the serial number of the Cross upgrade

Today, to use the HID I bought the version 3.0 update of Cross ( I own the licenses of Cross DJ ) . The program works fine, but when I try to enter the new serial number in my profile to download updates tells me it is invalid number. How can I fix the problem?

In order to download Cross you need to copy the serial in your profile on a new line...
You have only crooss DJ registered

thanks, that's what I did .. in the first line of the serial Cross DJ and in the bottom row of the Cross ..

For simplicity, list the steps :
1. I bought from the site mixvibes.com the Upgrade version of Cross;
2. I downloaded Cross 3.0 from the link in the email received from MyCommerce;
3. I installed Cross with the license key received, and the program works well;
4 I tried to add the serial number on my profile but I'm not save and gives me the message "invalid serial number";
5 I can not update to version 3.2.1 Cross.

What did I do wrong?

double check that the serial is entered correctly ,, case /dash senstive ,, if this still persists to be a problem as suggested ,, pm unclevibes with the info
