I have now re downloaded Cross software (and have my old Cross software installed which seems to be working fine version 1.7.0).

When I use the new software its not mapping correctly. When my Cross fade is placed to the far left I still hear music coming from the right channel. I have attached screen shots so that somebody may have an idea what is wrong. It was all working fine and then something went out?

I want to use the new software which I have now downloaded and doesn't work properly. I am currently using the built in output.

o kay ,, last pic ,, upper right hand side the mix knob should be counter clock wise ,,
do you have a setting in the audio drop down panel for U-Mix Control Pro ,, second pic ,, select U-Mix Control Pro instead of built in sound ,, . see if this helps ,,
scroll the mappings and see which is the most current ver of the U-Mix Control Pro MIDI mapping ,if the one selected is ,, then use it ,
the a and b letters in the Cross fader area , tab on them this links them to the Cross fader ,, if not linked will play thru master when played ,, third pic ,

Noticed you have the limiter disabled in audio settings. Enabling may safeguard your outputs.
Please be aware that collection is not backwards compatible to 1.7.

have you gotten thease issues resolved

Hi Daniel, I am having trouble again. Please can you help me.
I am having a bit of a nightmare getting my crossfader to work I have a MIxvibes U-Mix Control mixer but a friend has been using their Pioneer mixer on my Mac and my mixer is not working now. I think that my settings are right but when I play the music is all playing from the one channel and when I Cross fade it keeps playing the same channel. i.e. I have the Cross fade to the left, when I swing the Cross fade to the right, the same track plays.

the info as to your screen shots still might apply also check that the mapping has not been selected to the other controller ,, if none of thease suggestions work then screen shots please

Audio settings. It still plays only through one channel?

tab /hightlight the a and b by the Cross fader also mix knob in the upper right .middle knob fully conterclockwise

also the last screen shot has dual stero selected ,,but not seeing second output ,, are you using the 64 bit ver or 32 bit version

select the latest mapping for the control pro 1 ,,, you have ver 1.7 selected
