V3.2.0 - no vinyl control

Ive just downloadedCross DJ V3.0.2 ( not RC) Works fine through my toshiba satellite laptop.
Hooked it up to my U-Mix Control Pro. Nobs and faders are working but my technics 1200s arnt controlling the tracks. Controller is operating .Leads are connected . Ive tried the line and phono option switch on back of controller Audio settings Ok ( ASIO)
Is there a recent firmware update? I still have V 1.5.3/2.3.1 and V2.4 on my computer which I like to use somtimes. is this an issue ?

Ive tried the various controller pro selections in MIDI section. Can you tell me which one to set too for V3.0.2 with video and any other options I can try. I have also downloaded the full video option.

This seems to work ok but some advice on if there is a tutorial availble for V 3.0.2 would be good. Ive had mixvibes since V1.5 and it seems mixvibes is not big on providing its customers with user guides. The one I have relates to the original versions, well outdated for all the new functions In summary why is the software being operated by the controller but not recognising the external 1200s. I have had this problem with previous Vs

Does Cross DJ V3.2.0 actually support DVS vinyl control or this a software controller/ software only ??

Cross DJ doesn't control vinyl.
Cross does.
You also have a Cross license according to your avatar. So likely you have to download the other program from the downloads section.
