not recognising my key

I'm having trouble with Cross so I deleted the old folder and reloaded 3.2
It told me to enter my key. I don't know where I left the actual key but I used the key on my profile and the system said it was invalid

your software badge indicates you have a valid licence key ,, have you tried to re enter it case senstive /dash senstive ,,
if still persistes to be a issue ,, try contackting unclevibes for some assistance ,,

I have the same problem, my key is not accepted after Cross 3.3.3 update.
But where can I find the webmasters pm icon (sorry, maybe a silly question, but I have no idea)!!!! Who is the webmaster...????

I tried contacting UncleVibes once in the original posting of this and last week. I'm tired of Serato Video and want to use Cross Video but it still says my key is Invalid. I don't believe I should have to pay for another serial key. I want to run Cross on my new laptop

You have a registered licence key in your user profile. So don't worry about having to pay for a new one.
