It started a couple days ago. I thought it could be that I needed to update to 3.2 but that didn't help either

It just stalls and never opens.

a little bit more info ,, especialy the os and hardware set up,, something has changed since it was running and now its not ,, thease changes might give a clue as to whats has happened ,, ,any crash reports or screen shots to show whats going on might help also

You could try to rename the mixvibes . settings file. This is located in your user profile area.

After this start Cross. If it works you'll have to check your preferences. If it doesn't help follow Daniel's suggestions.

I thought I saved a dump file yesterday and attached it. I can't attach it today and can't find it in my computer

maybe the devteam can do soemthing with the dump info, but it seems somewhat limited (best you could do...). Did you meanwhile delete(rename) the mixvibes.settings file
