Hi mixvibes community!

since i bought my Vfx Control more than 2 years ago i only used it not more than 20 times & god knows it. thing is when i try to use it yesterday it does'nt open. only the standby light is open but when i connect it to laptop with Cross or Vfx it doesnt open. i try to ask my neighbor technician & he said maybe its I.C part that has problems.

what should i do? there is no mixvibes service center here in philippines. also i bought umixcontrol pro 2 years ago & i used it thousand times until now but still working properly. why is that Vfx Control very slightly used then now its broken. i'm sorry but i'm very sad because Vfx Control is more expensive than Umixcontrol pro.

does it show up as being reconized in Cross or Vfx software ,, even audio sound panel ,, screen shots might help see whats going on ,,
any changes in os since last using ,, need some more info as to what you have tried to get it running and what was the outcome

doesnt recognize any. in fact its like no connection at all.
when i plug the power adaptor of Vfx the standby light is on & thats all. it doesnt show any sign if i put the cable to laptop. we have tried all the possibility and all the connections, change cables, use diff. laptop, Vfx software umixcontrol software. we have tried all kinds of troubleshoot. 2 diff. technician said maybe its the I.C. part because there is no other way that it won't open.

well i have no idea but pls. help.

its working now with Vfx software only
i don't know what just happened but it's working now without any update on software without any change on cables.

Oh My God It does'nt open again.

when i plug the power adpotor the standby light is ON (color BLUE). & then nothing follows. when i connect it to the laptop NO SIGN!!!!
the light on Vfx Control should run... means it recognizes the software but no! the color of stanby light is still blue.

whenever i put the cable to laptop, it says "driver install fail!"
Like what my technician said its the I.C. failure on Vfx Control Hardware & because of that... laptop wont recognize the hardware. well sometimes it works but mostly not he said!

NEED HELP!!!!

What should i do with this problem?

i'm sorry but what should i do?
if you could only see my Vfx Control it looks almost brandnew with no scratch no fade & still smells "factory made" because i never use this often.
if my UMIXCONTROL pro would be broken i will consider it fair & even. because 2 years of use is equal to me & if it will broke... i will never ask for any help because 2 years is done & i know it!. But my Vfx Control is truly UNFAIR!
