Cross DJ 3.2.1 Shut down when i'm Playing in Disco Club!!!

Hello, i'm new to the forum but i'm DJ Pro from several years. last week after 3 hours of DJ sets in a disco club Cross DJ 3.2.1 (only installed this version no earlier) began to struggle to upload some tracks, two in particular (which I had not already played the most loaded, the tracks are all purchased in aac or my productions in high quality mp3) ... and fortunately almost at the end of the last track that was playing at the end of the evening ended without notice showing the says "the program and 'closed unexpectedly ...". i use from many years some controller and programs of other "famous" brands,but it' s the first time that happens to me this doesn't happen anymore.I would not do any bad impression after years of Djing.I've done all the settings necessary.remove the stop of the disc, remove the lock screen and everything described in the FAQ already common for a long time, use a sound card native (U-Mix 46 mk2 with the control panel) and the dual external mixer and Akai LPD 8 set from me as a controller for the loading functions and effects, plus a few keys on the keyboard to other thinghs.I use 2012 macbook with 8gb ram and Lion with 320 HD.If someone can tell me something ... I thanks. Hoping that does not happen tonight. In my Mac I haven't installed any other software because it's only dedicated to DJing

welcome and sad to hear about your experience ,, info as to what is happening when this occures , ie a crash report ,, ,, your post list a lot of nessary info , as to os and system specs ,, still some more needed to be able to pin point the cause ,
ie ,, a sepific track that made it crash ,,
info as to what mappings are you useing for your controllers ,, ie mixvibes set up or modified ,,
can you try to repeat it in a safer enviroment )not at the club) and give us any info as to all of the above ,, info will help solve this so you can go back to Cross to get busy

crash is coming unexpectedly,first time after 3 hour,second time (yesterday)after 2 hour.Crash is coming during normal play.I see that sometimes when i load a new track in empty deck,the sounding trax is freezing for more than 10 second.I use Cross 3.2.1 without any previously release installed.After crash i shut down and reopen my macbook pro 13 2011 (8 gb ram,320 hd,i 5 processor with Lion Osx)and after reopen Cross i can't load some trax that i just played before crash(trax is displayed in playlist) but not happens or trax is loading but can't play it because the waveform is missing(title,time and cover are displayed in the deck) .Last week i try to delete all file and reinstall Cross but nothing as change.I use Cross with U-Mix 46 mkII with analog external mixer and Akai Lpd with personal mapping on 2 decks with Cue,Loading A/B,Play,Filter and Fx open/close.That's all.I just wanna have fun with Cross and people scream me for my music not for a "music stop".Please help me!!! thanks

Determine this track and looks if there is crash when you load it.

Reinstall usually doesn't resolve anything (for Cross).

The initial suspicion is one track (or more coming from similar source) causes it.
Your pictures show like 7min tracks. No issue for Cross (could be way longer). But means that it takes a little longer to analyse. If the problem occurs at the end of this process is might seem like it is 'during play'.
In the image the track is lacking a wave. Might be worth to send this track to support so they can check if there is something in the track causing it and avoid it from happening again.

Given the feedback of Cross users the 3.3 Release Candidate appears to be very stable. You might want to use this one for testing; or try it after you've been able to duplicate it in 3.2.1. As always Cross versions are installed side by side, sharing the same collection (unless you select a different/copy).

It seems to me that the problem of closing without reason was finally settled ... already tested here in HID CDJ 350, nexus 2000 and CDJ 900 also tested with mixer DJM 900 SRT , Rene 62 with timecode vinyl so far ta all ok in version 3.3.11
