Is Cross DJ mapping available for Numarc Mixtrack Edge controller?
I am using a Mac Book Pro.
Also regarding the iPad controller app, is it possible to use Bluetooth rather than wifi?

No it is not in the list. Don't recall to have seen anyone mentioning it before.
Good thing of Cross is of course that the mapping can be done yourself. Maybe with some help to have the leds work nice.

A bt network is not possible. Would allow for coverage of a few meters only, unless both devices have stronger bt than default (<10m without blockages and not to many bt devices of others in between).

In the manual there is an instruction on how to setup direct wifi if no access router present.

Is there a MIDI map now for the Numark Mixtrack Edge?

I know you get Virtual DJ with it that's mapped perfectly but I'd much rather be using Cross DJ with it if there's a map available?

So the answer is no-one has done one - so work out how to map your own? The mapping they've done to work with Virtual DJ works perfectly but Virtual DJ is arse talc compared to Cross DJ.

Unfortunately none of the other Numark maps you get with Cross DJ seem any to work at all... I've tried to map some of the basic functions but if there was a decent map that would be handy.

what version of crodd are you running ,, if you want the latest then regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,user control panel/profile/serial # ,,
will look in software at MIDI mapping to see if the edge was added in latest version :eek:

Ok - I updated at the app store and it says I'm on 3.3.11... where do I find the licence number?

It doesn't show any if I go to About Cross DJ - or in the Preferences...

do you have Cross DJ for mac/PC or do you have the app store version of Cross :idea:

the app store purches dosnt have a licence key per say ,, there is a avenue to get on ,, the Cross,Cross DJ ,Cross DJ le versions have licence keys on the software sleeve , or in the purches confirmation e mail,
stepping off in to info i am not familiar with ,ie app store purchess :eek:
