Security Mode bug with CDJ 850 HID Control

Hello,

I noticed a minor bug using Cross 3.2 at a gig this weekend. I had a track load on a playing deck when using the CDJ browse and load knob, with "Security Mode" enabled.

I haven't been able to replicate the bug with keyboard or MIDI loading commands, so it must have something to do with the HID.

I will set up my CDJs today to see if I can replicate the problem or if it was just a random occurrence.

I always have security mode enabled and haven't noticed this in earlier versions of Cross.

Thanks!

Perhaps it happened to be the track that was playing on the other deck? cloning overrides security.

I tested this weekend at a gig (don't worry not on a active deck) and it doesn't seem to be a cloning issue.

I have shift + arrow left/arrow right keys mapped to load the selected track into deck A/B. When security is enabled, I am unable to use these commands to load a track into a playing deck (exactly what I would expect). However, when I use the CDJ 850 browse/load encoder with security enabled it loads the track even when the deck is playing.

I'm not sure, but it seems to me like the HID control of the CDJ might be overriding, or not recognizing whether or not security mode is enabled.
