Analyzing tracks in Cross DJ

I typically use iTunes import in Cross DJ, its easier to keep updated on my playlists rather than the Collection tab. Is there any way to get Cross DJ to analyze ALL my iTunes tracks? I like to sort my music by BPM but only the ones I play get analyzed and organized, there has to be a better way.

Go to your playlist

Select the top track you want to perform analysis
Scroll down to the bottom track you want to perform analysis
Use Shift+ Click to select the bottom track
(At this point all track from the top you selected to the bottom one you selected are highlited.)
Right click anywhere within the highkited tracks.
A drop down menu will show options, one of which is analyse.
Select analyse and another menu will show to define you analisys selection.
All, bpm, key....
Once you select the desire option Cross will start to analyse all the selected tracks.

I tried your suggestion to analyze my tracks and "analyze" does not show up as an option. When I highlight the songs I would like to analyze and right click, here are the available options.

Options available are:
Add to collection tracks
Add to collection samples
Add to new sample bank
Add to new playlist
Add to prepare
Add to autoplay

I'm using the latest version 3.3.11

You have to create a Collection and import your tracks in. After that you'll be able to select the analyze option.

I found this strange bcuz in other software you can select and analyze it right away.
I've tried it a few times in Cross DJ and the only option you have is to import your tracks and that's a work around and it makes the iTunes option a little useless imho :(

It would be a great feature to analyze your tracks from the iTunes library so you don't have to import it in Cross DJ ;)

It might seem nice but you have to be aware that Cross has no control on iTunes database.
As happened in the past Apple can and will make changes without notice. Let alone provide an upgrade path. So the link between the Cross data and the iTunes database may be broken.

It would also mean that Cross would have to write to the iTunes database.

Not many programs are allowed to do so. So basically the first thing needed to get this way of working would be to post your topic at the iTunes forum.......
