anyone else have this problem?
fire up CrossLE 3.1.3
update notification informs of 3.2.0 release
proceed to fetch update, and get redirected to having no rights to do this.

i have my valid serial number in user profile , what else could i be doing wrong??

You need to enter your Cross LE serial into your Profile (User Control Panel)

Once done, this should allow you to download the update.

Might be an issue with the process of providing user credentials. Please send a PM to Unclevibes and he will help you out.

fill your license key in user control panel.
If you did and still no access send PM to Unclevibes.

same prob what a load of crap customer service too they will never compete with the likes of vdj or traktor, david

have you enter the licence key for your software in your profile ,, user control panel/profile/serial # ,, this is nessary to give you full fourm benifits ,, as well as validating a legal version of said software ,, some of the fourm rights are access to all user fourm topic pages including download section where you can get the latest drivers, firmware and software versions (free) ,.one of the benifits also by regerstering is that it safely stores said key for later retrivel if lost or misplaced ,, a last benfit is a upgrade price to software if you choose to upgrade ,,
if by chance you have did this and are still denied access to said fourm benifits your recourse is to contack unclevibes to get your fourm right corrected ,, contack by p m ,,
now saying this and informing you to such ,, what is the problem you are having with the software ,, please give enough info to be able to help you with your issues ,,
being that its a weekend and company closed ,, a system of support has been set up using the fourm and experienced user to aid in getting you sorted ,, soooo welcome and hopefuly we can get your issues resolved ,

your profile tells me a lot ,, at first thought ,,thinking that you were younger and less experienced ,, wanting the quick and fast solution ,, and griping because none was avaible ,, after all the typing on my part and also a pm hopefully to get you the info you require ,, you failed to try to get your issues resolved ,, after also posting on a topic page where the only solution to your immediate problem ,, remendies were suggested ,, but to no avail,, so as far a support goes we have extended all avaible resources to you ,,so sorry for your lack of concern to get your issues resolved , remember the support you need will be avaible to you ,, but there is no magic page that has a big red button in it to press when all else fails , and as always welcome to mixvibes fourm,
