Hi, Cross DJ 3.2.1 is crashing every time I launch it. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times to no avail. Issues has be constant since 3.1 (have only managed 1 or 2 successful launches in this time).
Any help is much appreciated.

Try renaming your mixvibes.settings file.
for W8 location looks like this
c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\mixvibes

Running OSX 10.9 but found and renamed anyway, no more crashes. Thank you very much!

Great it worked.
Happened to some more users after upgrade. Think it was from 2.6 to newer. Uninstall does not remove this file as it is a user file.
Not likely it will return, even when using the older version (if you do).

It must be like this for MAC to. If I can find it in the forum I'll add it here.

I think I found it. After doing a clean uninstall ( using a utility ) do a HD search for "mixvibes" it will find a mixvibes folder. Inside of that delete only the user.db file ( or something like that... it will be obvious when you find it) . So far, v 3.3.8 has been more stable than ever since a clean reinstall. You will have to rebuild your collection but custom MIDI map was still intact.
Weird thing is when I looked for the file after reinstalling, it isn't there? Maybe the .db files that do the same job were renamed?
That might be the bug?

There is no need to loose your collection(s), nor your analyses files.
Make sure to have these backed up before you reinstall.
In most cases a reinstall isn't going to solve any problem, only creates more fuzz to the real issue.
Rebuilding a collection isn't an easy thing. Adding tracks is the easy part.
But a collection is way more than that (playlists, smartlists, samplebanks, history, cue points, locators, loops). It may take months to recover from the action.
