Interaction between Cross and Mixlr

I recently had some troubles while streaming with Mixlr. I'm using Cross with 2 vinyls, a controller (for a 3rd deck), and an external mixer.
My problem is, as soon as I start the stream, the pitch on both of my vinyls becomes crazy. For example, if my pitch is at 0, it fluctuates between 0 and +3%, simultaneously on both decks. This cause somme sound clipping too. If I stop the stream, everything goes back to normal and works perfectly, as usual.
I have absolutely no idea what could be the cause of this. It used to work well before. It may be worth to note that I'm still using Cross 2.6 (I can't see anything on 3.0+ versions, and find them a lot less comfortable to use).
Did anyone encouter something similar? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
