DJ CONTROLLER PROBLEM

Hi, I am having problems installing my Envivo USB DJ Controller onto my new computer (Windows 8.1). I was using Windows 7 on my old PC and it worked fine. But today after I installed MixVibes the software opened fine but the USB controller is not responding.

I have updated all USB drivers but still is not responding. Please help!!

Sometimes you have to reboot PC and/or reconnect a controller more than once. Always use same usb port. Start Cross only after the OS has the controller activated.

Are you using the latest available Cross version? See Downloads.
