PLEASE HELP ME! meters led Reloop Digital Jockey 3 ME

I sold my traktor S2 to buy a controller for use with CroosDj, I buy one controller Digital Jockey 3 ME.
I put the official mapping of Cross DJ, everything works, all knob, light work, but unfortunately the LED V-meter remain off completely, the sound comes out on the Cross DJ v-meters are seen, but not on the controller, there is someone who can help me please?

exactly T43 don't work.
With Traktor work perfect, led metrs work, why with crossdj no?
