FX not audible in headphones

Hi,

I'm using Cross DJ 3.0 on Windows 7 with q Xone:DX controller but I think this problem has always been present (from version 2.3 and up).

It's just that I'm starting to get more confident about using the audio effects now and the problem that rises is that I don't hear anything in the headphones. This way I'm unable to check the influence of the effects on the track that I wonna play next (or mix in with an effect on it and then take it away...)

When using the filters I hear what they do in the headphones, all working just fine. Sometimes I want to have for instance a light flanger on a track and when I bring it in it's just way too much... making the effects unsuitable for this trick.

Is there any setting I can check or any reason why I hear all the sound in the headphones, also the filter effect but not the others?

thanks,

jimmy

It is a matter of how the audio routing goes. The filters are 'part' of the deck. The FX is added after the headphone is split.
This has to do with the different routings that can be used (internal/external).
It might be reconsidered one day.

Hi Rojec,

I'll be waiting for that day than.....

Anyway, now I know I don't have to mess around with the settings to "solve" it.

Thanks
