Hello, I have my Hercules RMX controller all configured and everything. This includes the audio preferences, the MIDI section all set up and green when touched but, I have no control over the things on the screen and to be honest this is the second time I've had trouble setting up. I gave up for a few months and I come back and I am now just as aggravated. If anyone can help that'd be great. Also is there any phone number I can use for support?

not familiar with thecontroller ,, but there are prior posting about that controller ,, search function ,,hercules rmx ,, also some well informed users that might be able to assist you ,,

I know there are other forums because I created them. Nothing is working. THIS SOFTWARE WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! NO GOOD HELP AND THERE'S NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!!! IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET A REFUND?

You really shouldn't have a problem with the Hercules RMX with CrossDJ. I use the 4-MX and haven't had any problem with it.

Let's start from scratch.

Do you have the latest Driver Package installed? If not go to the Hercules Technical Support site a grab them and install
