 o kAY ,,Llooked at your postings ,, seems the r c version didnt solve your issues ,, did you have the 3.1 version installed and can you post in the Cross teck support page the issues you are having ,, it would be better to trouble shoot a validated version to solve your issues due to this being a r c page to deal with the issues different from the validated version ,, ,,please list/give all info as to your set up ,computer/hardware set up and info as to whats happening and what you have tried to do to get it running ,, we need a clearer picture of whats going on ,, and if you are on a mac os then you have the ability to post a crash report ,, see you there ,,

Do you have "Separate Audio/Video Loading" enable? If yes, disable it and see if it gets better.

Hi, thanks for your prompt response. I have version 3.1 installed on a laptop, I have these specifications http://tinyurl.com/kewt6cy.
By the time I noticed that when I load a separate video of the audio, it starts running fine but after a while of activating effects and doing loops, the program locks up and I get the error screen of windows, where indicates that it will close.
On the other hand, there is a function where you indicate the program you will use the volume fader to apply the transition effect of the video and not respecting this.

Should i post this message in the corresponding forum=?
And by the way, I mean the plug in the video as part of version 3.1, and not that I have installed separately, as was done previously in another version.

Video is enabled on Cross and doesn't need the plug in.
But video needs a lot of strengh of your computer. It's large stream and much more cpu power if you record.

Your laptop has very good specs and it can run Cross easily. Just give us more details about your set up. Soundcard, controller, timecode or not etc...

Hello again. Basically I have factory installed programs, ie, Windows 8.1, with windows defender as antivirus. My question is whether it will work better with Windows 7 home premium (I have the license) to perform the downgrade and install it.
Another question, when I install the Cross 3 noticed that some DirectX 9 files are installed, so I understand that this version developed for earlier versions of Windows, which will block the program?
Finally, I have the Numark iDJ3 that I can not set up correctly in order to pre listen to the tracks, but I would like to switch to Pioneer Ddj Sb, considering using more effects knobs and pads ... any comments about the quality of the mapping?
