I'm having an issue with the sample bank. my sound is not coming through. it's like there is a bad signal coming through. I can't utilize my drops because it effects the recording quality. when I hit the corresponding key, the proper bank will play, but it acts as if there is a short somewhere. help me please.

Could you tell some more of your setup.
2deck 2 samplers?
dual stereo?
Quant on/off + value
snap on\offf + value
sample bank samples (as mentioned or hot samples)
Cross version + OS + PC specs
using vid or audio only.

Thanks for your response.
I have two turntables, mixer. I have 2 sample banks but I only use one as I haven't took time to map sample bank 2 to my controller.
quant snap is 1
snap is 1
sample bank is saved as a sample bank. not a hot sample. just for my drops.
I have tried using 3.0 and 3.1 with the same issue. also 3.2RC.
windows 8. 64 bit
using for audio only. I record mixtapes.
thanks again.

If alright with you let's use 3.2.0RC1. (was stable in Beta).
How is sound wen only playing samples (one by one).
Might BPM be 'wrong'?
Any long files in pad or deck? (set audio cache to max mem (in General in 3.2 changed to checkbox only).
Does headphone kick in the mix for deck C (headphone C enabled, Mix knobfader at right top somewhat open).
Are FX's off? They might be on even when strip not visible.
If you can within the setup, disable audio In channels in settings.
Just hope to put in a suggestion you haven't tested...

I just noticed something.
I only have the issue when decks 1 and 2 (my turntables) aren't playing. while they are playing, my drops in my sample banks sound fine.
I may have to upload a sound clip of what I'm talking about this evening to give you a better idea.

It is getting to the max of my knowledge...
Try quant off (if better, you could use lower val than 1)
Couldn't find if you use tc now or actual sound from vinyl.
Is your Master deck A or B (meaning not c or d)?
