MP3 Info Problem

MP3 file info like artist, album and title are missing from mp3 file when I play them in Cross 3.1.0 .Which I have chosen the mp3 song from the iTunes folder icon in Cross to play. This happen to me recently and I downloaded files again and all info was there until I play it in Cross.

What happens when you first add the track to the collection?

I did not add track to the collection I just pulled track directly from the iTunes icon in Cross to the deck

I guessed so. But can you check what happens if you first put it in the collection.

I did import to the collection than dropped in to deck and it happen when the song is analyzed so there is a issue with analyzing MP3 files in windows 7 Pro SP1

NO they are MP3 that I imported in iTunes but have them in their own folder so I imported a 3 songs direct from the folder in to the collection and when drop in to deck and analyzed it adds the key and BPM to file and than all info is cleared from file I have to go to file click on tap to restore previous version to get info back.

support section might request the files as to be able to see whats going on ,, if and when they ask for them
