Hi, I know it is a MixVibes Forum so I apologize in advance. It's just that everybody here has been so helpful and kind and I don't know where else to ask this.

I recently bought Platinum Notes, and I was wondering about the pitch correction function. I do not convert my music from vinyls, only download from internet. Would you still recommend this function? Can it help in harmonic mixing from your experience, or just interrupt? (Again, my music files are from web and not from vinyl).

Thanks!

It's not only handy for vinyl rips. Many tunes have slightly varying keys. Making them tighter will help with harmonic mixing.

I have been using it for a while and am perfectly happy with the key correction and leave it on.

Generally it will only correct one in quite a few tracks and the correction aren't all that big.

Greetinx.
