Using the laptop speakers

Postby Idan Korenblum on 20 Apr 2014, 18:14

Hey, I use DDJ-SB and MacBook pro. When I use the DDJ-SB as output and connect it to speakers, everything is fine.

When I don't want to connect it to speakers, and I want the sound to come out of the laptop's speakers, then I have a problem.

Either I can hear the mix in the laptop but don't have the cue in headphones, or I have the cue in the headphones but silence on the computer.

Any way of solving this with some modification of the audio settings on Cross?

Hi there....as far as I know, it can't be solved unless your laptop soundcard has two different sound outpus. If so, then you should set output 1 as master output and output 2 as headphones. But I don't think that laptops have such soundcards....
