Downloaded and installed the mapping configuration for Traktor Kontrol S4 MK2 and loaded it up. However on the last two occasions Cross DJ 3.3.0 has not recognized it. I can load videos and audio via the software but none of the controller knobs respond or operate. Should I just delete the current mapping and re-install it? I did two restarts in my troubleshooting but still nothing.

use the search function for info on the controller ,, verfiy that the mapping is the correct one ,, think there are some differences between the original and the mk2 not shure if this will be good news ,,
