Hercules RMX and Timecode Input

I had been using Cross with an external mixer and turntables. All was working well. I then decided to buy a Hercules RMX controller with the plan (or hope) of using the jog wheels as two additional decks...
I can't see a way to control the deck with the timecode on the turntable inputs. Is this possible? If so, can somebody please explain?
When I select source on the controller it switches the player to line-in.
Any help appreciated!
