Cross 3.0 installation crashes/hangs when installing Bonjour

Hello,

I finally decided to update my older version of Cross and downloaded the 3.0 version. I was able to start the installation without any problems but from the moment the installer starts installing Bonjour he can't proceed to the next step. In other words he will stay on the step where he is installing Bonjour.
Strange, since I suspect Bonjour was already installed when I installed iTunes a long time ago. Even stranger, since I am able to launch the Bonjour installer which the Cross installer unpacks in a tmp folder and can finish that installation without any problems. So it isn't a hardware/other software problem (otherwise the installation of bonjour outside the Cross installer wouldn't work either).

So, my question, is there a solution to this problem? Is there a way to skip the installation of bonjour?

Hello,

There's no way to skip it, basically the Bonjour installer itself is in charge of checking whether installation is really needed...

However, when Bonjour installer is launched, Cross should already be installed on your computer (despite the fact shortcuts aren't created yet).
Did you check the Program Files folder?
