Cross doesn't store the Key tag of video files so in case of moving from one folder to another and re-importing them to Cross, you have to analyze them again.

Is there any comment about this from the DEV team?

No change made in Cross is written in the MP4 file such as BPM info.

No sorry, standard MP4 tags have no BPM nor Key fields.
