Okay guys, been doing this a LONG time but I have no clue what Quantize or Slip do. When I select them, it does nothing.
Can someone explain what they do? What they are used for? How to use them?
Many thanks!
Scott

Snap: locators, cue, loops will always be set on the beatgrid.
Quantize: seek, locators, loops, samples, will be triggered on the beatgrid.

Slip: when you apply an effect (like reverse, backspin, scratch whatever) the underlying track continuous on. So at the end of whatever you were doing, the track will be where it would have been if you had done nothing and just let it play.
