Please help, I just notice that my FX does not functioning as usual.
Is there any settings that I missed?

Thanks. Should have asked more specific. Please a screenshot of the full screen when using the FX; Preferences seem fine (nothing related to FX in there).

Given the image some remarks (sorry if reply is to obvious)
In this image the FX is Off and the FX amount and depth knobs are Off. Also the left FX will work on deck A only.

That's okay, glad to have someone helping.. You can see the attached file..

I wonder if there is any setting, in files or application directory that corrupt or deleted..

FYI, I had re-install the software twice, but that was not solving the problem...

Good news is that the settings seem OK. I suppose every FX type has a problem or is it only Hi-Pass.
I can't help you further than this.
Could you please add some general system info for the more technical guys? OS/version/CPU/Mem/Audio setup

All FXs are not working..

My computer specs:
- Asus A46C with i5 processors 1,70 GHz with 2 core and 4 logical processors
- 12 GB Memory
- Realtek HD (Sonic Master) for computer audio
- Denon ASIO for external controller Denon MC3000 and MC6000
- O/S Windows 8.1

What do you mean exactly by "not working"?

not working -> not functioning as expected..
turn on the FX, no matter I turn amount and depth to max, the sound does not change, still the same...

Arie, when you say not working, you mean with your controller(s)? Have you tried using your mouse? Can you post a picture of your audio settings? and one last thing...check at the back of your MC6000...do you have the switcher to PC mix or inernal mix? you should have it at PC mix....
