Crash while switching Playlists

Hi,

I used Cross DJ for about one year now, till i updatet to Cross in december. Win 7 with Cross 3 and 2 cdj 350 in hid mode and the djm 750 as a soundcard. but since i updated to the full Cross, i had Problems switching to playlists, because as i am lazy as (don't write f...k thanks)), i put the shortcuts of the playlists to the left side (right underneth the collection iTunes autoplay and prepare list). But theres one Scenario that makes Cross Crash. I'm in a playlist and want to view another one by pushing the "back"-button on my cdj 350. then i use the select button to select the playlist i want. No Problems so far, BUT when i push the select button as i would do to load a track there is a short "beep" and the Screen gets a bit White (please have a look at the screenshot) this probably f**ks me up. I hope you know a solution for this, because i had it several times on b-day Partys and even on the Radio ^^

Thanks for reporting.
Right now I think we have no solution apart from avoiding the scenario that makes it crash ;-)
We need to reproduce the issue on our side to understand what happens.
We'll check it, and if successful, next version should fix your issue.

First of all: thank you for your fast awnsering and trying to fix this issue. Probably i've bought the full Version because of the hid Support And avoiding this Scenario is probably hard xD So while waiting for the Update to fix this Problem i will go back to usb's and rekordbox and for Partys to the Cross DJ

I reproduced the issue!
Should be fixed soon (but not released before next version).

Oh Thank you, this is awesome If you have the time and it's not the same Problem, theres another Scenario, that causes the same Problem:
1. 2Decks Playing
2. Your in one of the shortcut playlists
3. Switch to collection (by mouse)
4. Search for any Track
5. Don't selcet it by mouse, just get in the browse menu of the cdj and turn the select button
6. Beep, same Problem

I don't know, whether the solution of the other Problem solves this as well, but it would be great

By the way thats what i love about you, your Service, you're way better than Serato or Traktor or how else they are called

The issue is fixed and was due to the fact 'Tracks' was put in the NodeDock (not the playlists).

We'll check your second scenario however
