Cross 3 - new user questions (Video Playback)

Firstly - Cross 3 is AMAZING - Loving all of it so far (I upgraded from my 2.6 this weekend). Coloured waveforms are wonderful and I've started to play around with the Video but I am having some problems.
Firstly - where is the Manual for the Video playback (there seems to be no mention in the current manual - am I missing something ??)
I want to import a logo, add text and video clips and can't seem to find how to do this?
Also - when I was downloading my PC version 3 upgrade it mentioned 'download video content to start' - I thought I'd selected this option but can't find any of the material. Is there a link I can go and grab this content/
Honestly though - this release is superb and I think you have an amazing product here (I love the layout and user interfaces and the beatmatch parallel waveforms especially) - the only thing I think could be improved and would be a big help is revamping where to find all the manuals and just making it easier and clearer for the users.
Anyway - hoping you can point me to where I'm missing the info.

also lookat the blog page ,, blog with links to some more vid loops ,, caution as to one of the links leeds to a download for a trojan ,, ,,vimo was good for what i saw ,,,, have fun,
