I found three problems in using Cross here is my setup

Samsung NP Qx410
Dual Core i5 2.4ghz
8gb Ram 300GB HD 5400RPM
NVIDIA Geforce 310m

Novation Twitch (MIDI)

Basically my problem is that once you change the ASIO settings sample rate the options to choose the Twitch as a soundcard become locked. It states there is an error when you try to choose it as a soundcard. I tried it on another computer and it detected it as a usable soundcard. I had to uninstall the driver and reinstall it to get the soundcard to work again.

Also wanted to note that Cross only detected the twitch when it was plugged into the port I installed the controller with. When I plug it into another port, it detects it as a second identical controller and does not work in the software. When I plug the twitch into other ports in other software, it works normally.

One problem that I also found was that the Cross software crashes when running alongside Iobit's Gamebooster Software, a common software gamers run to optimize their PC's when using software. It works with all of my other DJ software and it crashes when I use Cross.

occasionaly use the iobit game booster to run with Cross ,,as my system is underrated and over taxed ,, havnt encountered any crashes ,, not saying its not so but believe something else might be the culprit ,,

single usb device is not strange to work port based. by this similar devices can be used on one PC. device driver must support this to be able tp do this. in Cross many controlles can be used simultaneously. likely the other software has trouble doing that.

The solution to this problem was solved by me...I had to reinstall the drivers because they were not installed correctly. Game booster still does not run however, and it runs with all of my other software.

you need to whitelist Cross as gamebooster will close it by deafault, (and/or a service Cross relies on).

Personally I'm no big fan of this booster-stuff, there's permanent optimisations you can do to your PC that are mroe effective.
