Comments not Showing?

I am new so be gentle...

I did a search and did not see an answer so I will ask here.

I imported tracks into a playlist and none of my comments are showing up. I have the comment column displayed, there is just nothing there.

Any advice would be helpful.

Are your comments in an other program, or in the tags of the audio file. Seems the latter is not the case; check your other program on ways to rewrite tags......

Tags were made with Tag & Rename software. I specifically put the comment tag in on all of my tracks.

Yes, it appears in all other software VDJ, Traktor, Dex... not in Cross DJ.

If I have to retag 40k songs, that would be a deal breaker for me, most likely.

Send me a track that has the problem (upload on a filesharing service and share the link). I might be able to tell you why that's not showing. But basically, if the comments are correctly written the tags, Cross can read them. Never used Tag&Rename, don't know what it does...

i also use tag&rename. in Cross, i select the tracks in the collection, right-click, then select "reload tags".

is this what you meant?
