Hi,
In the iTunes pane in Cross, only the info stored by iTunes in its xml file are displayed.
When Cross analyzes a track and find a new BPM, it updates its own db and, depending on the preferences and the file format, update the track tag.
At this point, the iTunes xml file has not changed then Cross can't display any BPM.
To have the BPM in iTunes, you need to open iTunes and reload tags for all concerned tracks. iTunes will then update its xml file, and refreshing in Cross will show up BPMs.
Otherwise, to see you BPMs, you can import all your iTunes into Cross (inside Cross, drag and drop the iTunes' Music node from the iTunes pane onto the 'Collection' icon) and then browse your tracks in the Collection instead of iTunes. That's up to you.
We are aware that this behavior is not really straightforward, and are thinking about improving this in some upcoming updates. But for now, only the above solution will work!
Cheers,
