Cr3.0.0 Disable video hickup

Despite all testing over the last months I noticed something somewhat inconvenient and conditional in minutes.
When disable the video in preferences while playing audio there is a hick up in the sound. I do notice some flashing of the ASIO icon.
When enabling during playback it runs smooth.
Could be unavoidable; but as far as I could see it had not been mentioned before.
If this is the worst thing, it is really the best version ever.
(and still MV team tells it has improvements listed...
)
