Unable to activate Video Plugin

Hello everybody,

I've recently bought the video plug-in for Cross, but unfortunately I'm unable to activate it in my settings.
When I go to my preferences, select "Video", then I still get the advertisement of "buying" the plug-in.

I've also tried to re-install Cross, but it the problem stays te same.

Can anybody help me with this?

by the looks of your avaitar you have not regerstered you software licence key on the fourm ,, please enter it in your profile ,, if this doesnt solve your issue ,,please pm unclevibes or slyvibes ,,please no posting of any serial # on the open fourm
also it might be a issue of the proper version of the plug in to the version of Cross ,, ,,regerstering it will allow access to the most current version,, also what version of Cross are you running and what os,

Hello there,

I've just added the serial number to my profile.
Then I restarted the computer and opened Cross.
When clicking on the preferences, video-tab, I still see that the "advertisement of Video plug-in" is still active.
The only thing I can do within this screen is clicking on "buy now".

what versions of Cross are you running and what version of vid plug in are you using
have you checked the download section for latest versions ,,
also what is your set up info ie os ,,etc
