I need to know how to take my recording from Cross DJ 2.5 PC based to soundcloud ?

Once it's recorded, you just upload it to soundcloud. Or, are you having trouble recording?

If you haven't yet recorded, and need to, you can select the input to record in the settings, select which type of file format to record to, and then hit record when you're ready.

I HAVE A PC where do I upload the mix from in order to get it on sound cloud ?

I looked where you told me to look and cannot find the file , I am running windows 7 PC please advise

Ok I keep going to the recording folder and the file is there but it is corrupted and will not upload on to either windows media or iTunes . should I be naming these files in a certain way in order to get them onto at least my iTunes

Set Cross to record to DESKTOP as an MP3. Play a track and record it for say, 30 seconds.

After 30 seconds, STOP recording, exit Cross and go to your desktop.


Once there, try to play the file (Usually named the same as the date it was recorded). Dont try to rename it or anything, just play it. If it plays, your recording is working as it should. You should be able to upload it to soundcloud or iTunes then.

If it doesnt play, write click the file, select properties and paste what it says on here.
