I was wondering if it makes a huge difference using mixvibes with dual-core cpu versus using it with a quad-core (eg. i3 vs i5 intel cpu).

Does Cross utilize all four cores of a quad-core cpu?

It is just better and yes it might use it... Specially with video or DVS mode.

What is the lowest possible latency you can achieve with DVS(, if a standard minimum amount exists)? and with what system specification is it achievable?
