Maybe my settings are incorrect but I cant plug headphones into the slot marked on the controller to hear tracks for beatmatching..

this is an essential part of pulling off a good mix. if i cant hear the next track im screwed

Help

What controller/soundcard are you using?
If the controller only has 2 outputs. Master and Headphones you need to setup in Audio setting of preference
Output 1 as master
Output 2 as headphones
Routing mode to Dual Stereo

I have a xone dx and I cant hear the msuic from my headphones as well

maybe a link for x zone ,,system set up ,, screen shots of audio set up ,, MIDI mapping used ,, need info to try to figure out what you have going on

By the look of the Xone DX user manual it also needs to be setup as I discriped in the other post

i figured out why. I use traktor and setup the audio the same and worked.

off topic but can we get a 4 channel mapping for xone dx?
