I have recorded my mixes with Cross. I see them saved on my computer but the are light gray and i cant play them. any idea what i am doing wrong or how to fi?

does the recorded file play on any other media player ,, whats your set up and how are you recording them,, not enuff info,

no if you could help with my U-Mix Control Pro that would be great. the mix know on my headphones no longer works. i turn it and nothing happens???

is the physical rotary knob in correct postion, is the gui knb also in the proper postion,,
what has changed from when it was working to now that its not working

you know what i might have happened when i went from 2.4 to 2.5. I didn't change any of the settings. What could I change to fix it?

Well you learn something new everyday. When I updated it changed my MIDI. all good now thanks
