auto select mixvibes devices at start up

sometimes i use asio4all and sometimes i use the american audio dv2 mixer, the issue is when i plug in the dv2 mixer, the auto select function does not work and vice versa.

the autoselect on works for mixvibes devices, and the ato-configure only works for the last setup. i.e. when you used the mixer for 3 sessions and asio4all on the 4th you will have to reconfigure it to asio4all.
