MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

I have been a loyal customer on Cross and Cross DJ for almost two years. You guys created rekordbox. I can not map all the functions from the DJM 2000 nexus to Cross or Cross DJ. PLEASE update and provide it. you guys already have the mapping done in rekordbox, please Cross provide it in either Cross or Cross DJ, i love these programs but can't use them because I cant map every function. Thanks!

what functions are not working as on the nexus?

The volume or corssfader does not work period whenever I self map. It'll flash green while I'm mapping it, but it does not respond. I can not even get a crossfader to show on either Cross or Cross DJ period anymore, regardless of a MIDI controller being plugged in or not.

Nothing to see with mapping. You're apparently using the wrong Audio routing mode. Go into the audio prefs, and choose "Dual Stereo" instead of "External Mixer".

I tried all sound settings, with hub, without hub. I've tried everything I can. Even in the setup supposedly for he djm 2000 on mixvibes setup list. I really just need a mapping, or someone who is a lot more experienced who has the equipment to post one.

A lot more experience mapping than i do, i mean

Did you really try to change the routing mode ?
Because the description of your issue doesn't sound like a MIDI mapping issue ... If you do not see the volume fader on screen, it means you're using "External Mixer mode".

I have another post on this issue, i am currently in the process of trying them all out, will post results in a few days, but thank you for your help as well. everyone on this site is really helpful, i sincerely appreciate the mixvibes community!
