Key validation problem

I need to download Cross DJ on my new laptop but have lost my original disc I have downloaded a copy from the download centre in the forum then used my validation key from my profile gavafc but its not validating.
I bought U-Mix Control Pro I still have the box it came in if you need a serial number.
Please can you help?
