load random Video to MP3

is there anyway through MIDI to load a random video file to a MP3?

if not, is there an easy way to jump to a playlist?

lets say i want to map some controller button in order to jump to a specific playlist (special video playlist) and load it by hand.

Random ? No.
The MIDI command for 'load video' are under 'video' into the mapping commands.
You need to have activated into Cross preferences/Video : separate A/V loading.

Not but there is a workaround :
- put your playlist into the left pane (drag and drop)
- map the MIDI command 'Browse NodeDock' as a direct integer and the value should be the one of your item position.

mmm...let's see if i can't explain better what is happing:

on one hand, you have 2 DVD of video files on download forum section. on the other there are too much mp3 (or other no-video formats) that has no video.

so it would be really nice to have, by configuration, a place where i can select some folder (video files) to link to every no-video file to play with.

You can also map to jump directly into the wished tree node I guess (All Music, All Video, All Samples).
