OK, What gives. I downloaded Cross 2.4.0 and now my video plug in does not work. The "Video" tab in the settings says I need an "updated" version of the plug in, however I have the most current one, 1.1.1 - so am I doing something wrong, or does the vid plug in not work with 2.4.0

It worked fine with 2.3.1

Please help!

Try to reinstall first Cross 2.4 and then the video plugin 1.1.1

Just updated this afternoon and I'm getting this now

Zyper, I did that - even uninstalling the plug-in, then re-installing it. I don't understand why mixvibes products integrate so poorly...

I wouldn't say that, It's been fine for me up until now. The team will get it sorted

Any news on this.

Tried to run it again last night and getting the same result. Uninstalled both Cross and the plugin, cleaned reg and reinstalled - no joy.

So decided to uninstall the plugin until we find out what's going on

I've just retry and on my macbook everything works well.

Install Cross 2.4 with the dmg and the latest video plugin.

Everyone, make sure you have the NEW video plug-in - version 1.1.1 - I was trying to use 1.1.0 I think... Duh!

Uninstall the old plug-in before installing 1.1.1. The link to the new one is below.

MixVibes team, Thanks for your help! Love Cross & look forward to updates and hopefully some new add-ons for the plug-in in the near future!
