Can't monitor through my external sound card

Hi. I'm using hercules mp3 e2 with Cross DJ.
I cant for the life me work out how to monitor for cueing through my external soundcard and headphones. Can anybody help me?

the external sc , and any info as to set up and sound config ,will help sort this ,also what heve you done in attempts to get it running

Hi. I have done everything in my power.
I downloaded asio4all fiddled around a bit with the settings but it would either play through my amp or through the headphones and not both. it would play through both it would only play 1 deck. If that makes any sense????

I have used it with vdj fine as well. I had no problem connecting them. I expected Cross to be a similar set up but of course I was wrong. That link does not help by the way

dont have a crystal ball ,,how about a link for the external sc ,, how about posting screen shots of the audio config of Cross with your settings ,,how about giving info as to your computer spec and any pertaint info, all you have given me in the way of info is it doesnt work , trying to figure out why ,, soooo i need info , please

Tbh I havnt got a clue what i am doing. I'm using windows 7 intel duo core 2. All my external sound card says is 7.1 channel sound and i can't work out how to split the audio.
